We, M/s. EMMES METALS PRIVATE LIMITED, an ISO 9001-2008 company , is in the field of manufacture of Non - Ferrous Metal Alloys since 50 years conforming to Indian standards & international standards - Manufacturing Aluminium, Zinc, Copper, Lead & Tin based alloys and castings. We produce more than 1000 metric tonnes per month. We cater to the needs of various automobiles, electrical, domestic & allied appliances manufacturing industries.
EMMES METALS PRIVATE LIMITED, is engaged in the manufacturing of casting in aluminium, zinc based alloys- on hot chamber, cold chambers & low pressure die-casting machines - gravity & sand casting too. We have pressure die-casting machines ranging from tonnage of 50T to 600T. We have in-house machining & shot blasting facilities of castings. We can also do machining & assembling of castings as per customer requirements. We also manufacture fluxes & solder, lead wool, lead products like sheets, pipes, seals, shots, valves, coils, chemical plants & equipments to specific requirements in mild steel & stainless steel & anticorrosive linings, with lead, rubber, P.V.C.
